Dave Sawkins is the President of DS Ministries and President of the Board and co-founder of Values Advocacy Council in San Jose. He has lived in San Jose since 1983 and has been a full-time pastor since 1968. He is chaplain for the San Jose Sharks Hockey Team, a Board member of Police Chaplaincy in San Jose, and a member of the Advisory Committee for District 2 in San Jose. Married since 1967, he is the father of two married sons and a young adult daughter.
