Wilson is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. He received his Master’s degree with an addiction certificate from Western Seminary and his Bachelor’s from The University of Texas, Austin. Wilson works with individuals, couples, adolescents and families around issues including life transitions, relationships, codependency, depression, anxiety, family of origin, inter-generational family issues, substance abuse, identity issues, and men’s issues. Other clinical areas of interest are child art/play therapy, adoption/foster-children/family transitions, quarter-life/mid-life crisis, spiritual issues, and sexual addiction.
Wilson was born and raised in Hong Kong and has been in the States for more than 14 years. He is fluent in both Cantonese and English, and he speaks Mandarin as well. He is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and American Association of Christian Counselors. Wilson was in the high tech industry for 9 years in engineering and marketing. He has been active in church, para-church, and mission ministries for more than 12 years.
