Mary Carole is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. She works with individuals, couples, adolescents and families in the areas of attachment and family-of-origin issues, relational and marital issues, trauma, grief and loss, abuse, identity and spirituality. Mary Carole specializes in recovery from sexual addiction working with individuals and their partners. As senior staff for the Addiction Recovery Center, she serves as the Coordinator for the Partners and Couples Coaching with the LifeStar© program. Trained in Affect Centered Therapy, Mary Carole gives presentations on sexual addiction and relationship enhancement skills. She is a member of CAMFT, AACC, the Northern California Association for Psychoanalytic Psychology and the Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health. She is married and has two grown children.
