Daren is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He received his Master’s degree from Western Theological Seminary and his Bachelor’s degree from Pacific Christian College in Fullerton, CA. He is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist [CSAT]. Daren also spent several years working with the elderly in a skilled nursing facility as staff Social Worker. He has worked for Santa Clara County Mental Health as a suicide and crisis telephone mediator. Daren’s counseling areas of interests are: men’s issues, sex addiction, adolescent issues, couples, trauma recovery [PTSD], gender identity, Alzheimer’s issues, grief and loss, alcoholism, depression and anxiety. He is a member of CAMFT and AACC. Daren is married and has one child. He is a cancer survivor of 21 years.
