Sandra is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee completing her Master's degree at Western Seminary. She has a received her Bachelor's degree in Church Ministries with and emphasis on Youth Ministries and Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Texas. She served as a youth and associate pastor for over four years at a predominately Chinese church in San Francisco. Sandra is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. She enjoys working with all populations: individuals, couples, and families especially adolescents and young adults. Her counseling areas of interest include adolescents, anger management, ADHD/ADD, Bipolar, pastors, family of origin issues, marriage and relational issues; anxiety, stress, depression, eating and self-esteem issues. Sandra also works with high-risk foster youth and their families with emotional and/or behavioral issues at EMQ. Sandra has been married since 2002.
