Linda Ringsrud is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. She loves working with individuals or family units - couples, parent/child, and whole families. She also enjoys working with teens. Linda works in the areas of trauma from physical, emotional or sexual abuse. She works with depression, all forms of anxiety and loss. Linda works with issues of codependency and recovery from addictions.

Linda is excited to use the scientific findings on the brain and behavior with her clients to bring understanding and compassion, and to enhance the healing process.

Linda has great respect for the individual, and is here to love, focus, and bring resources to you, not to judge.

She has known the profound loss of self that can result from living in a home with a drug addict.

Linda is married and has twin teenage sons, and enjoys hiking, biking, and meditation.
