Lisa is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and a student at Western Seminary. She enjoys working with people of all ages and is passionate about facilitating growth and healing in the lives of people who are hurting, struggling or experiencing a season of transition. Her specific focus areas include relational issues, life transitions, grief, church and ministry related challenges, co-dependency, marital and pre-marital issues, parenting, and families impacted by eating disorders.
Prior to joining CCC, Lisa served on a church staff for 10 years in a variety of roles, including Leadership Development, Small Groups, and Children’s ministries. She also has extensive experience working with children in academic, church, and recreational settings. She enjoys team teaching marriage and family classes with her husband, who is a pastor, and spending time with their three young adult children and son-in-law.
