Janet is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. She graduated from Chapman University in Orange, CA, with a B.A. in Psychology; from San Diego State University with an M.A. in Music with a focus in Communications; and from Santa Clara University with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology. Janet was a manager for 15 years in the communications field in the technology sector. She specializes in trauma, addiction recovery, and adolescent and couple’s issues. She believes that healing comes when we are balanced in our mental, spiritual, physical and emotional planes. In her leisure time, she plays classical piano, swims, hikes, reads incessantly and treks to the ocean as often as possible.
