Bev is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. She earned a B.A. in Education from CSU, Fresno, taught school for several years and later worked as the Children’s Ministries Director at her church. Bev has experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults with depression, anxiety, panic, abuse, trauma, loss & grief, parenting issues, marital problems and women’s issues. Art, play, and sandplay therapies are significant aspects of her work with children. She is trained in leading marital enhancement workshops. Bev enjoys helping persons in the integration of their faith and psychological well-being. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and Santa Clara Valley - CAMFT. Married since 1966, she and her husband have two grown children.
