Susan is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Her areas of focus include women’s issues, pre-marital and couples counseling, parenting, single’s issues, depression, anxiety, stress/life management, codependency, self-esteem, grief/loss and EMDR. She is also available to work with clients struggling with fertility issues, including miscarriage, post-partum depression and adjusting to parenting. She works with individuals, couples and families. She also facilitates partners’ groups for the Addiction Recovery Center, helping women whose partners struggle with sexual addiction. She has worked with a variety of clients in different settings, including: adult survivors of childhood abuse under Wendy Witham, LMFT; men in residential drug and alcohol treatment at the Salvation Army Addiction Recovery Center; children in the Oak Grove School District; and adults, teens and families at Advent Group Ministries. Susan has a Master of Arts degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Western Seminary. She is trained in EMDR and is a member of CAMFT. She is married with two children. .
